Terms & Conditions

* Bookings made online are tentative, times and dates will be confirmed by centre staff.​
* A $50 Deposit is required to confirm your Function booking.
* The deposit amount will be taken off the total remaining amount to be paid on the day of the function.
* Deposits may be refunded in the event that a function needs to be cancelled at least 3 days before the booking date.
* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* Confirmation of numbers must be received 3 days prior to the day of the function.
* Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers or discounts.

Q) How long 1 Game of Bowling usually go for?
A) 1 Game will generally go for approximately 1 Hour with about 5 to 6 people per lane. Double the amount of time for 2 Games.

Q) When is the best time to arrive?
A) We suggest that guests are to arrive about 30 minutes prior to the start of the booking time to allow for guests to get their bowling shoes and get their teams sorted.

Q) How many lanes should I book?
A) We generally make bookings based on 5-6 bowlers per lane. Sometimes it is agood idea to book for a few extra people, just in case you have an increase in numbers before function day.

Q) How long in advance should I confirm final numbers?
A) Normally, about 3 - 4 days prior to your event will be fine.

Q) Can I bring along a Birthday or Celebration Cake?
A) Yes! However, due to Health & Safety regulations, no other food or drinks are allowed to be brought on to the premises.

Q) Can I bring additional decorations for our table or room?
A) You most certainly can. For some bookings, in particular Christmas functions, the rooms and /or tables are already partially decorated. Please discuss decorating options with our staff when booking.

Q) When will our food be brought out?
A) That is completely up to you. You can eat while bowling, or before, during or after your games are done. We suggest to discuss your options with our staff when booking or confirming.
